At Salam Occasions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
